Jason and Erin run every job themselves. No call center, no subcontracted crew you've never met. They're on the job from first quote to final broom finish.
Straightforward paperwork and coverage, so you're protected if anything ever goes sideways on the job site.
26+ years of combined experience pouring concrete that's meant to survive real Minnesota winters, not just look good on install day.
We walk the site, talk through real options and finishes, and give you one honest number, no upsell script.
Tell us about the project. A few photos of the space help us get you a faster, more accurate quote.
We'll come look at the site in person, talk through finishes and options, and give you a straight number.
We pick a date that works with your timeline and Minnesota's weather, and keep you posted if anything shifts.
Once it's finished and cured, we walk it with you to make sure you're happy before we call the job done.
You can typically walk on new concrete after about 24–48 hours and drive on it after about a week, though full strength takes around 28 days. We'll give you exact timing for your specific pour.
We work within the season Minnesota's climate allows and use cold-weather practices when temperatures call for it. If conditions aren't right for a quality pour, we'll tell you and help you plan around it. We'd rather delay than pour concrete that won't hold up.
Hairline cracking is a normal part of how concrete cures and handles freeze-thaw cycles over time. We place control joints during the pour to guide any cracking to places where it won't be a problem.
It depends on your city and the scope of the project. We can help you figure out what's needed before we start.
